Health is very important for us. But how can we keep healthy? I think we should do three things.

First, we should eat healthy food. For example, we should eat more fruits and vegetables every day. They give us vitamins. We should eat less junk food, like hamburgers and chips. Drinking enough water is also important.

Second, we need to do more exercise. We can run, swim, or play ball games. Exercise makes our bodies strong. I often play basketball with my classmates after school. It is fun and good for my health.

Third, we must have enough sleep. It is important to go to bed early and get up early. We need about nine hours of sleep every night. It helps us have enough energy for the next day’s study.

If we do these things, we can be healthy and happy.
